Who we are
With more than 25+ years in IT and network engineering — and deep, current experience designing cloud architecture and modern infrastructure — we bring enterprise-level knowledge to every project. Our background spans networking, cloud, cybersecurity, systems infrastructure, wireless and automation.
We can be your complete outsourced IT department, work alongside an existing IT team to add expertise and capacity, or step in for a specific project where specialized knowledge is needed. We also design and install physical security: IP video surveillance and access control.
Our roots are in the small communities of Northern California, but our reach isn’t limited to them. We support clients across the U.S. and in Germany, South Africa, India, Georgia, Ukraine, Poland and the Netherlands.
What hasn’t changed is the small-town approach: knowing our clients, understanding how their organizations actually operate, and recommending technology because it solves a real problem — not because it’s the newest thing available.

Josh brings more than 25 years of IT experience across cloud architecture, AI engineering, networking, systems administration and web development. With hands-on ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 experience, he helps organizations build secure, reliable systems and adopt AI responsibly.
Chief People Officer
Jade brings warmth and empathy to the heart of the company — helping team members feel heard, valued and supported, from welcoming new colleagues to guiding the conversations that help people grow.
Field Service Engineer
Born and raised in Humboldt County, Joel installs, maintains and troubleshoots the technology our clients rely on, with an emphasis on clear communication and dependable, on-site service.
AI Engineer
Kataryna turns AI’s potential into practical tools that simplify everyday work, automate repetitive tasks and help clients make better use of their information — built for reliability and responsible use.
